About

I'm a software engineer focused on backend systems and DevOps workflows. I’m passionate about making complex systems more maintainable and scalable — and helping others learn along the way.

Teaching is central to my work and personal mission — my goal is to help others learn better than I did. I spend as much time as I can with my family, and when I’m not coding or teaching, I’m probably reading a textbook for fun. One day, I hope to write one (if textbooks are still relevant after Skynet!).

Work

I’m currently working on several projects and startups across web, data, and DevOps stacks. I also teach technology courses as an adjunct professor at Florida SouthWestern State College, and occasionally take on consulting work when time allows.

Previously, I led the backend engineering team at Urban SDK, where we built scalable geospatial analytics platforms for cities and infrastructure teams.
